Shipping Policy

We try to make the delivery and payment process as fast and easy for you as possible. All items within the UAE will be delivered within 2 business days or sooner and the delivery is free. If you need a faster delivery we will try to accommodate, so please reach out!

For international deliveries outside of the UAE, PACIFICO CONCEPT STORE is not responsible for charges, taxes or fees generated by said international shipments and/or by the Customs of each country. Please note that transit times may vary due to delays at Customs. A tracking number will be available when the order has been shipped.
