Returns & Exchange
We love our products and take extra care to select brands with highest quality standards only, but if you are not completely satisfied and do not wish to keep a product, we’ll offer you an exchange or a refund.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and returns will be subject to delivery costs, except for faulty products!
For any exchange or return, products must be returned new, in their original condition and with all tags attached to it. Merchandise returned without meeting these requirements will not be accepted.

More on returns:
Defective products will be replaced, when possible and subject to availability. Whenever possible, we will offer to replace the faulty product. If a defective product cannot be replaced, the customer is entitled to a full refund, which will be made within the following 30 days following notification by PACIFICO CONCEPT STORE to the customer, where it communicates that the product could not be replaced or repaired.
Any product returned outside of the 5 day return window will not be accepted.
Information on exchanges (size or reference):
The costs for any exchange are covered by the customer, including shipping, transportation and handling.
To make use of the right to exchange, the customer has 5 days from the day they receive their order to notify our customer care team to do so.
In order to protect hygiene and health, exchanges of swimsuits are not accepted when the protective hygiene strip has been removed, or if the item is soiled, stained, or appears to have been worn.
Sale items:
Sale Items are not eligible for return or refund. All Products that are considered Sale are marked in the product description of our website. They are not eligible to be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
